Tregalizumab

A humanized monoclonal anti-CD4 antibody that binds domain 2 of CD4 and selectively activates regulatory T cells.

Clinical stage

Led by an EIC Accelerator-funded Phase 2b program in acute GvHD, with staged expansion into dermatology, rheumatology and lung disease.

Munich area

Based in Starnberg near Munich, with worldwide rights to Tregalizumab since July 2024.
